Our new home in Costa Rica was built by Mike Hopkins Construction. The project began on June 3, 2007 and was finished in the first week of December 2007. This time schedule is almost unheard of in Costa Rica but Mike and his crew of competent workers were so positive from the beginning that they could finish the house in seven months that they actually did it in six. We began the preliminary work with the architect in July of 2006 so everything was in place to begin construction in June of 2007. Mike worked with us to complete the house on budget and on time, and with no hidden surprises. We are enjoying our retired life in Costa Rica and we love our new home! Richard and Peggy Pease
